I am Thymie. My racing name was Lotsatime. I won a lot of trotting races in my day, but for the last 6 years I have enjoyed taking people on treks. I have a gift of caring for my rider. I can put the most frightened rider at ease, so trust me. That is why I am named after the herb Thyme, because I am a healer like that. I am getting on a bit now, but I am still the leader of the herd, a good fair leader I am too. I look forward to helping you humans with your fear of us horses.

2008 - Hi Everyone. This year I was floated up to Hawarden to retire with my friend Neroli. Neroli is special for me. She made Kate promise to let Neroli have me when it came time for me to retire. This happened following a womens riding weekend when I was Neroli's horse and Neroli fell in love with me. Can't blame a human for that though. So at the beginning of the Winter I arrived at Neroli's farm and I am very happy. I have company and wide open spaces that I just love. Good bye to all the riders who knew me at Mt Lyford and Otahuna. You can see me at Hawarden.
